Try a Sample Session

Give an idea of convenient times for you and be sure to include your time zone.

First, I will e-mail you to set a mutually convenient time to meet over the phone or Skype.

The purpose of a sample session is to test whether we are compatible, and you can tell whether coaching will meet your needs.

Here is what will happen in this one hour introductory sample session:

  1. We will say hello and exchange a few “pleasantries” – where we live, what we do, etc.
  2. We will agree on the agenda for the next hour and confirm our roles and expectations.
  3. We will take 30 minutes to work on a topic of your choice. Choose a desire, something that is important to you.
  4. At the end of the 30 minutes, we will stop to de-brief the session.
  5. You will then have the opportunity to ask any questions that you might have about coaching and/or my service.
  6. We will discuss budget.

Finally, I will ask you if you are ready to invest in yourself  by committing to a block of coaching sessions. There will be no pressure.

Know that for success, there must be a good personality and style fit between us.
